Heather Tepe
Heather Tepe made her Broadway Debut as Baby June in Bernadette Peters' Gypsy. Other Broadway credits include: Billy Elliot (Swing), and the Original Broadway Casts of Matilda the Musical (Dance Captain) and How the Grinch Stole Christmas in '07, '08 ,'18 (Annie Who/Swing). Regional/Tour credits include: Ruthless at Florida Studio Theater (Tina Denmark), Broadway Divas and The Indianapolis Symphony conducted by Jack Everly (Vocalist) . TV credits include: Hairspray Live on NBC (Belle), Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge on NBC (Season 2, Team Showtime) and One Life to Live (Prom Night the Musical). Heather can be heard on the Original Cast albums of Matilda, NBC’s Hairspray Live and The Grammy Award winning Bernadette Peters’ Gypsy.

Heather and Scott's paths converged a decade ago while performing in Matilda the Musical on Broadway. After years of shared adventures and a marriage in Costa Rica, their journey led them to St. Pete, a city that captured their hearts. This vibrant couple now calls St. Pete home, embracing its artistic spirit.
Their shared dream: to infuse the Mahaffey stage with the enchantment of New York theater year after year. Broadway on the Bay, a local production company founded by these seasoned Broadway professionals, is committed to bringing top-tier talent to St. Pete and fostering connections within the local theater community. Their goal is to create a vibrant hub for Broadway entertainment, engaging both local and distant talent.

Scott Difford
Scott Difford was last seen in The Book of Mormon on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include: Matilda the Musical (Assistant Dance Captain); A Christmas Carol (Swing); National Tours: The Book of Mormon (Swing), Memphis (Ensemble) and Ragtime (Little Boy); Regional: Miss Saigon, Cats, White Christmas, and Oklahoma (PCLO); Joseph…Dreamcoat (Theater of the Stars, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Mountain Playhouse); The Producers (Riverside Theatre); and High School Musical (WVPT).

DAVID ESTEVEZ - RESIDENT MUSIC SUPERVISOR
Originally from South Florida, David has called the Tampa Bay theater scene home for more than a decade during which he's worked at numerous venues and theater companies like freeFall Theatre Company, The Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Stageworks Theatre, Theater eXceptional, the Off-Central Players and now Broadway on the Bay. In addition to his work as a music director and pianist, David works full time for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings as an Install Music Supervisor overseeing the addition of new cast members and productions on two of the company's luxury ships; Oceania Insignia and Oceania Regatta. Much love for JG and JE & BE!
Dalton Hamilton - Lighting DESIGN
Dalton Hamilton works around the country as a designer, associate, and programmer. His work extends from theater, opera, and dance to corporate events and theme park entertainment. Credits include: Bay Street Theater, Gulfshore Playhouse, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Nashville Repertory Theatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, FreeFall Theatre, American Stage, Norwegian Cruise Line, City Springs Theatre Company, and the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Dalton has also been an Associate Designer for numerous theme park shows at Busch Gardens Williamsburg under Lighting Designer Ken Billington for the past 10 years. Other notable Associate/Assistant credits include The Prince of Egypt (West End) with Lighting Designer Mike Billings, Dungeons & Dragons The Twenty-Sided Tavern (Chicago & Off-Broadway), and Rogers: The Musical, Hawkeye Series (Marvel Studios: Disney+) with Lighting Designer Mike Wood. BUCK SNOW - SOUND DESIGN
Buck Snow is a multi-Grammy award-winning mixer and sound designer with extensive experience in music, film and live sound. Drawn to the excitement and palpable emotional connection that only live performances can create, he is proud to join the team at Broadway on the Bay and lend is magical talents to bring you A Very Broadway Christmas.
BILL McCarthy - Music & Drums
Bill McCarthy has been a professional musician/drummer for the past 40 years. Hailing from Long Island New York, Bill has been performing and recording with countless artists and ensembles from all over the World. Bill has studied at the Drummers Collective in NYC and the Berklee School of Music majoring in Music Production and has studied under the tutelage of Al Miller, Dom Famularo, Gordy Knudston, Jeff Hamilton, and Henrique D’Almeida. Bill has performed with numerous State Department Jazz Ambassadors, leading several jazz quartets in Kinshasa Democratic Republic of Congo, Gaborone Botswana and Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire. Bill currently leads his own band Deep Blu in Sarasota Florida and when not performing, Bill teaches piano and drums at Ace Drums in Port Charlotte Florida.
Chloe Dipaola - Production Stage Manager
Chloe Dipaola is back again for her second year with Broadway on the Bay! Chloe is a local Stage Manager around the areas of Tampa, St.Pete, Sarasota, and Clearwater. She would like to thank Scott, Heather, Meyah, Dalton, the remarkable cast, and team for this production, as well as her friends, and family for their endless support. Meyah Fortier - Assistant Stage Manager
Meyah is thrilled to be joining the, A Very Broadway Christmas team this season! You may have seen some of her past work, including American Stage’s production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and Ragtime in the park as ASM, Ring of Fires’ Prop Designer, and down in Sarasota at the FSU/Asolo Conservatory as PSM! Meyah shares her excitement and gratitude and would like to thank the Broadway on the Bay team for giving her the opportunity to join them for this amazing holiday season!
